This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.119 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent-Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that FIR in Crime No.119 of 2023 was closed as 'accused and account holder entered into a Memorandum of Compromise' and RCS notice was also served on the complainant and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
