This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.9(b) in Crl.O.P.No.17693 of 2025, on 27.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the condition imposed by this Court is scrupulously complied. The petitioner is reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and also deposited Rs.10,00,000/- before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms reporting of the petitioner before the respondent police daily without fail. Insofar as the deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of the crime account, the learned Government Advocate furnished a photocopy of the receipt issued by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram bearing No.359693 dated 01.07.2025.

4. Considering the fact that on completion of the investigation the respondent police has filed the final report, the condition that the petitioner 2/4

shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is fully relaxed.
