This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17389 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17389 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police monthly twice i.e on the first and last working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above modification, this Petition is ordered.
