2. Heard Mr.R.Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in ordering this application.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and W.P.No.8348 of 2014 is restored on file.
