This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "(b) the Petitioner is directed to report before the Respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in the order dated 18.05.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.11555 of 2023"

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter and the same was not taken on file by the Court, concerned.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
