Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Registry to carry out the following corrections in the order dated 19.12.2022 and issue fresh order copy:- "Paragraph No.5 of the order should read as under: 5.Initially, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and perused both the Criminal Revisions and thereafter, due to some reason, he lost track of the revisions and no representation for the petitioner and the same was recorded. This Court on 10.08.2021 appointed Mrs.Revathy G.Mohan as Legal Aid Counsel for the petitioner in both the revisions. Thereafter, she appeared and argued the revisions defending the petitioner. In fact, she appeared for six hearings and made effective representation and arguments.

At this stage, present counsel entered appearance by way of change of vakalath. Paragraph No.12 of the order should read as under: 12.Today, the petitioner's son as well as the respondent/power agent appeared before this Court. The petitioner had produced the copy of the demand drafts, dated 16.12.2022 for a sum of Rs.6,03,000/- (Rupees six lakhs and three thousand only), Rs.

Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) and another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only)."

With the above modification, all other portion of the order remains unchanged.
