The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.01.2015 pursuant to the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, in S.C.No.18 of 2015 on 06.01.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2006 and pending investigation, he was granted bail and thereafter, he did not appear before the committal Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the committal Court on all the dates of hearing without fail.

3. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor for Puducherry appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, on all the future hearing dates without fail. 2 7. 0 4. 2 0 1 6 rrg Crl.O.P.No. 9 3 6 4 of 2 0 1 6
