JUDGMENT

This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree of the learned I Additional District Judge, Tindivanam in AS.No.11 of 2015 dated 11.07.2019 reversing the judgment and decree of Sub Court, Gingee passed in OS.No.47 of 2010 dated 10.06.2014. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
