The above application is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the Arbitration original Petition Diary No.122773 of 2019 against the impugned award dated 18.05.2019 passed by the Sole Arbitrator in ACP.(Daimler) No.20 of 2016.

2. Notice was directed to the served on the respondents and it appears that though they have been served, they have not entered appearance.

However the respondents names have been shown in the cause list.

3. The reason for the delay given in the affidavit is paucity of funds. This Court finds considerable force in the arguments.

Consequently, the delay is condoned.
