ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for mandamus directing the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's recognition has been delayed on account of the pending issuance of the Building Licence by the third respondent. In this connection, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the third respondent on 17.06.2025 and such representation is still pending for consideration before them.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent would fairly submit that they will consider the petitioner's 2/5
representation dated 17.06.2025 according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

In view of the above fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025 and pass orders according to its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
