ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to register the complaint dated 12.01.2016 vide C.S.R.No.19/2016 dated 14.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.19 of 2016 before the second respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
