O R D E R
The petitioner was arrested on 21.05.2025, pursuant to the complaint given by one Mohan/defacto-complainant to the respondent Police on 22.12.2022 for the alleged offence under Section 120B, 465, 466, 468, 471, 420 of I.P.C., 1860 in Cr.No.17 of 2022.

2.The matter relates to job racketing wherein the prime accused is said to have been dead and this petitioner is shown as A3. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that final report filed on completion of investigation and taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore in C.C.No.770 of 2025 and the case is posted on 14.08.2025 for framing charges.
4.Considering the fact that the investigation is completed and the trial is to commence, there is no necessity for the judicial custody of the petitioner for the present. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Vellore, and on further conditions that : [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the Application for Surety ship [Judicial Form No.46 annexed to 'The Criminal Rules of Practice, 2/5
2019']. The learned Magistrate shall obtain a copy of any one of the identity proofs to ensure their identity; [b] the petitioner shall appear before the trial court and co-operate with the trial without fail; [c] On breach of any of the aforementioned conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to pass appropriate orders against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the aforementioned conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)13 SCC 283];
[d] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 of B.N.S. 11.08.2025 ep Note :
