ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify the condition no.3 of the Order - The Petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/- into the Court - passed in Cr.M.P.No.770 of 2016 on 18.04.2016 by the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge at Dharmapuri.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court feels that it is a fit case to modify the condition and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Dharmapuri, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.770 of 2016 dated 18.04.2016 is modified to the effect that "The Petitioner shall deposit Rs.25,000/- into the Court." instead of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The Petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/- into the Court". 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
