ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint as FIR on the CSR No.90 of 2016 dated 19.04.2016 against the second and third respondents and to arrest them.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.90 of 2016 before the first respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
