2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners adverting to paragraph 9 of the support affidavit submits that writ petitioners are adjacent land owners, they are aggrieved by the encroachments made in the odai and the relief sought for by them arises out of the same cause of action.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours of 11.08.2025. This submission is recorded.

5. Therefore, accepting the above ground/reason, the captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for subject to petitioners paying or having paid separate Court fee. There shall be no order as to costs.
