ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.69 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate - I Poonnamalle and quash the same.

2. The main ground on which this petition is filed that the petitioner is no way connected with the chit business and she is residing separately from her husband.
