This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai to take up the Transfer Petition filed in Cr.M.P.No.1489 of 2023 at the earliest possible time for hearing and dispose the same. 2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai to expedite the hearing in Cr.M.P.No.1489 of 2023 and complete the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
