ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to execute the Non bailable Warrant issued by the Learned Fast Track Court Poonamallee in STC No 504 of 2024 against the accused within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the warrant has been executed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
