ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The present Habeas corpus Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to cause production of minor child Monish, aged about 3 years, before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.

2.Today both the parties are present including the child. 3.This is a custodial fight between the mother and the father. Suffice it is to state that the child has been with the second respondent for quite some time. There appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. Thus, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy elsewhere.
