ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 21.02.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.63 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294 (b), 324 & 506(ii) IPC. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given a present complaint, in which, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.67 of 2016 before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
