This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem to dispose the S.T.C.No.1782 of 2015 within the stipulated time.

2. Taking into account of the fact that the trial is at the verge of completion and that the proceedings are pending from the year 2019 and therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem shall make endeavor to dispose of the proceedings in S.T.C.No.1782 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
