ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 07.04.2016 and initiate legal action acting in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.511 of 2016 before the respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
