This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the present criminal revision petition against the impugned order dated 12.03.2025 in Crl.A.No.69 of 2021 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Court, Tiruvallur at Ponneri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 45 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
