When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case is registered against the petitioner and based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant they will enquire the matter and complete the enquiry as early as possible. He further submitted that they have not harassed the petitioner.
