When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the respondent police has already registered an FIR in Crime No.244 of 2018 on 18.12.2020 as per the order of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, dated 13.12.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
