2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15 to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1142 of 2022 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
