This petition is filed seeking substituted service to the respondent.

Heard Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This petition, having been heard and satisfied with the reasons, is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to take substituted service by way of paper advertisement in any leading English Daily in circulation in Tirupathi and its surrounding area in the State of Andra Pradesh, returnable by two weeks.
