of the petitioner's property situated in Plot No.344 at M.G.R.Nagar, Urapakkam Village and reconstruct the same.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to take immediate steps to remove the existing damaged compound wall on the south side of the petitioner's property situated in Plot No.344 at M.G.R.Nagar, Urapakkam Village and reconstruct the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the existing compound wall in the petitioner's property was damaged while constructing pathway bridge by the respondents. He would further submit that though the petitioner has approached the authorities several times for reconstruction of the damaged wall, the respondents have not taken any action so far. Hence, this present writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The issue raised in the writ petition cannot be gone into under Article 226 2/5

of the Constitution of India. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he can very well approach the competent Civil Court to work out his remedy.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.09.2025 Speaking (or) Non Speaking Order kkn To 1.The District Collector, 3/5
