Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Bharath Chakravarthy, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent/State. Private notice has been served, Affidavit of Service has been filed and the name of the respondent was printed in the list, there is no representation for the 2nd respondent.
The petition is ordered and the delay of 44 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.SR.No.37609 of 2016, against the judgment dated 17.12.2018, made in Crl.A.No.12/2016, on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry, is hereby condoned.
The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
