This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents herein to register a FIR pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 17.03.2016 bearing C.No.1356/CCB/Visitors/2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 17.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.1356 of 2016 and the same was closed on 22.04.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
