This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 24.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10264 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.06 of 2023 before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such deposit the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount by making necessary undertaking affidavit and all other conditions remain unaltered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
