Challenging the order of the Executing Court dated 11.04.2017 made in E.A.SR.No.25719 of 2016 in E.A.No.135 of 2015 in EP.No.411 of 2015 in RCOP.No.53 of 2015 on the file of learned XII Judge, Small Causes Court at Chennai, the present revision has been filed.

2. When the revision was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this revision as not pressed. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this revision stands withdrawn as dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
