2. This application has been filed seeking permission to the applicant to amend the cause-title by impleading the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant.

3. The second defendant in suit died on 10.02.2021.

The applicant/plaintiff filed application in A.No.2997 of 2022 to bring legal representatives of deceased second defendant and the same was allowed by this Court on 01.09.2022. Now applicant filed instant application to carry out consequential amendment to incorporate names of said LRs in the cause-title of plaint. Hence, this application is allowed.
