By this application, the applicant seeks to implead respondents 4 to 6 as respondents 5 to 7 in A.No.3555 of 2022.

2. Mr.Ramesh, learned counsel, enters appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents. He states that he has no objection to this application being allowed. Consequently, the application is allowed as prayed for. The applicant shall carry out the consequential amendments in the application and serve a copy thereof on the other parties. This exercise shall be completed on or before 16.02.2023.
