The petition in WMP.No.34704 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioners seeking to implead the proposed parties as respondents 4 and 5 in the above writ petition and, W.M.P.No.34713 of 2024 has been filed seeking permission to amend the prayer.

2.Mr.Harish, learned Government Advocate appears for R1 to R3 would submit that he has no objection for these petition being ordered.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitions, both these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel takes notice for newly impleaded

parties / respondents 4 and 5.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve the amended copy of the writ petition along with type set to the learned counsel for the respondents.
