Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to icnlude the petitioner College in the seat matrix for the Allied Health Science Courses in the paramedical counselling scheduled for the academic year 2023-2024 as per the prospectus issued by the third respondent so as to enable the petitioner College to admit students in the said courses. ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to include the petitioner's college for fixing the seat matrix vis-a-vis admission to (a) B.Sc. Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology, (b) B.Sc. Cardio Pulmonary Perfusion Care Technology, (c) B.Sc. Respiratory Therapy, (d) B.Sc. Cardiac Technology, and (e) B.Sc Radiography and Imaging Technology.

Heard Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent, M/s.Ramalingam and Associates for the second respondent, and Ms.M.Sneha, learned counsel for the third respondent 3.Ms.M.Sneha, the learned counsel for the third respondent, submitted that the Selection Committee is only making selection for 676 seats in the Government Medical College/Institution, and 16,195 seats in Self financing Paramedical Institutions for B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Physiotherapy courses alone, and not the list of five courses which the petitioner has listed in her affidavit viz., B.Sc., Operation Theatre and Aanesthesia Technology, B.Sc., Cardio Pulmonary Perfusion Care Technology, B.Sc., Respiratory Therapy, B.Sc., Cardiac Technology and B.Sc., Radiography and Imaging Technology.

The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondent would then make a joint statement that to include the petitioner's college in Seat Matrix Centralized Counselling, the petitioner may to follow the two conditions : (a) that they have to surrender 65% of their seats to the Government; and 3/6
(b)to submit to the fees structure to be determined by the 4th respondent.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-College is agreeable to both the conditions stated above.

Subject to the petitioner complying with the two conditions namely, surrendering 65% of total number of seats in each of the five courses for which they seek to include it in the Seat Matrix and Centralized Counselling to the Government, and also submitting to the fees structure of the 4th respondent, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.
7. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
