Comp.A.Nos.520 & 521 of 2022 in CP.No.170 of 1995 K.KUMARESH BABU, J., Comp.A.No.520 of 2022 is filed by the applicant to disburse the pending salary security dues with effect from 01.01.2021 to till date.

2. The report of the Official Liquidator indicates that the Official Liquidator may be permitted to make salary due payments. Considering the necessity for payment to the security personal, this application is ordered.

3. In view of the order passed in Comp.A.No.520 of 2022, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the claim filed under Form-67 dated 04.09.2006 for a sum of Rs.19,28,08,288/-.

This application in Comp.A.No.520 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for and Comp.A.No.521 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
