ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) As against the allegation of encroachment on a temple land by the 8th respondent, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3,

4 and 7 would submit that as against an order of removal of encroachment which has been passed on 29.05.2025, the private respondent has preferred a revision, which is pending consideration before the first respondent.

2. Placing on record the statement, this petition, at this stage, is disposed of. We have not expressed any opinion on merits.

3. In case, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order passed by the revisional authority, it will be open for him to take recourse in appropriate proceedings as may be available to him under the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
