In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 09.08.2019, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned Special Judge for SC/ST (POA) Cases at Villupuram, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. All other observations made by this Court in the earlier order dated 09.08.2019, shall remain intact. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
