Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 namely the General Manager of the Kancheepuram - Tiruvallur district Cooperative Milk Producers and Deputy Registrar (Dairying) of Deputy 1/4
Registrar (Dairying ) office to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 and direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and to give opportunity to hear the petitioner side of evidence and refund the amount Rs, 1,15,000/- (Rupees one Lakh Fifteen Thousand ) from the petitioner's monthly salary as four installments within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.04.2025, seeking a refund of Rs.1,15,000/-, which was deducted from the petitioner's salary in four installments.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner, while he was working in the KancheepuramTiruvallur District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited, was found to be committed misappropriation. Therefore, disciplinary proceedings 2/4
were initiated as against the petitioner. After due enquiry by the Enquiry Officer, the petitioner was issued a show cause notice. Thereafter, a final order was passed on 26.03.2025, directing the recovery of Rs.1,15,000/- from the petitioner's salary. Challenging the said order, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.04.2025 seeking reconsideration of the final order.
4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 23.10.2025 Index:Yes/No Lpp To
