[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Sathiyamoorthi, male, aged 31 years, S/o.Kaliyamoorthi, who has been branded as 'Cyber Law Offender' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Cr.M.P.No.11/2019 dated 15.07.2019. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner's husband in Cr.M.P.No.11/2019 dated 15.07.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3615, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 23.09.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
