This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 04.04.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner has made representation to the respondents with regard to the land in S.No.16 situated at Puliyur Village, Akbarabad First Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai. However, such representation need not be sent to the Special Commissioner, Commissioner of Land Administration and the petitioner can very well approach the jurisdictional Tahsildar under the RTI Act instead approaching the first respondent is not sustainable one. 2/4
