ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.3 of 2021 dated 18.08.2022 by the XI Judge, Small Causes Court(Rent Court), Chennai, allowing the petition and impleading the respondents 1 to 6 herein as applicant and respondents 2 to 6 respectively as the legal representative of the deceased Mrs.Pankajam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition. He has also made the following endorsement: "The RLTOP.No.91 of 2020 has been dismissed on 17.11.2025, therefore, the CRP becomes infructuous. Hence, the CRP may be permitted to withdraw."

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as

withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
