This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 687 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition as against the C.C.No.91 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli, Thiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 687 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
