This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 17.04.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 17.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.469 of 2016 and the same was closed on 18.09.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
