This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Directionin the nature of a Writ, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for reinstatement forthwith consequent upon acquittal in the criminal case by regulating the entire period under fundamental rules on the basis of the representation dated 16.08.2016 and that of the appeal memorandum dated 06.03.2017 on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this court.
