ORDER

These contempt petitions have been filed to punish the 1 st respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.Nos. 22490, 22494 & 22499 of 2024., dated 24.10.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the order passed by the Division Bench in WA.Nos.2912, 2914 & 2915 of 2025 was placed before this Court.

3.The Division Bench has set aside the order passed in WMP.Nos.37936 etc., of 2025 in Rev.Aplw.Sr.Nos140399 etc., of 2025 dt.10.09.2025, and has remitted the matter back to the file of the single judge to deal with the review applications on merits.

4.In the light of the above development, these contempt petitions are closed for the present.
