ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the cars bearing Registration Numbers TN-38-CK-4989 (Skoda Rapid) and KA-51-AB-8863 (Hyundai Accent) based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.07.2022 and to hand over the same to the petitioner herein forthwith enabling her livelihood.
2. This petitioner lodged a complaint on 13.07.2022 before the 2nd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and found that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the Respondents 3 to 5. Therefore, the complaint dated 13.07.2022 was enquired and closed on 12.01.2022. 2/4
