ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.04.2025 on execution of NBW dated 04.01.2025 in S.C.No.13 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai for the offences punishable under Sections 341,294(b),307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was released on bail in the earlier bail application and due to non appearance NBW was issued against him on 04.01.2025 and the same was executed on 24.04.2025. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case is pending for committal in PRC No.167 of 2025 and the same was recorded by this Court in the direction passed by this Court in the above Crl.O.P on 08.08.2025. Hence, prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for 2/4

the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted there are 19 cases pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts, gravity of offence and the bad antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
