This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. A perusal of the complaint dated 09.04.2016 would reveal that it does not disclose any commission of cognisable offence and no positive directions can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
